PATIENT PORTAL
On our patient portal, you can check lab results, request a prescription refill, complete your medical history forms and more. Click on the box below to access the portal. You’ll be directed to the website of PrognoCIS, which is the vendor we use for our patient portal. Keep in mind that the page will look different than the rest of our site.
AFTER-HOURS CARE
We understand that health problems don’t always happen during regular business hours. That’s why an Iowa ENT Center physician is always on call for emergencies—evenings, weekends and holidays.
To reach the on-call physician, call 515-223-4368. Our answering service will take your information so the on-call physician can contact you directly right away.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office at 515-223-4368 at least 24 hours in advance.
